1. About Urban Auto Mechanic

Urban Auto Mechanic provides professional auto repair and maintenance services for personal and commercial vehicles.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Routine maintenance (Oil changes, fluid checks)
• Engine diagnostics and repair
• Transmission service and repair
• Brake inspections and replacement
• Suspension and steering repair
• Auto body work and collision repair
• Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
• Electrical system diagnostics
• Tire rotation, mounting, and balancing
• Safety and emissions inspections

2. Authorizing Repairs

Before any work begins on your vehicle, we will provide you with an estimate of the costs for parts and labor. We will not proceed with any repairs without your explicit authorization (written, verbal, or digital).

If our technicians discover additional issues while working on your vehicle, we will contact you with a revised estimate and require your approval before continuing.

3. Parts and Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Unless otherwise specified, we provide a standard warranty on parts and labor for repairs completed at our shop. The exact terms and duration of the warranty depend on the specific parts used and the nature of the repair, and will be clearly stated on your final invoice.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, racing, or unauthorized modifications made after the vehicle leaves our shop.

4. Payment Terms

Payment in full is required upon completion of the requested services, before the vehicle is released. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards.

In some cases, especially for major engine overhauls or custom part orders, we may require a deposit before ordering parts or beginning work.

5. Vehicle Storage

Once your vehicle is ready for pickup, we will notify you immediately. Vehicles left on our premises for more than 48 hours after you have been notified of completion may be subject to a daily storage fee.

6. Liability

While your vehicle is in our care, we take every precaution to ensure its safety. However, Urban Auto Mechanic is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or articles left in vehicles in case of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond our control.
